I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the cleanliness of the room—it was perhaps the cleanest hotel room I've ever been in! The location is fantastic, right across from the Birch Run Premium Outlets and with several good restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which made for a pleasant experience overall. However, the bed could have been more comfortable, which is my only downside.

The room was very clean, and the shower was hot, which was a plus after a long day. You know, it's always nice to find a place with good cable TV too. I checked out the breakfast area, and it was well stocked with coffee & hot cocoa available 24/7. that always keeps you going.
